Gerard the mastermind behind @Fruitify Grenada - a local seamoss blended beverage company, dabbles into dehaydration of fruits.

Gerard is one of the participants of the Young Farmers, Fishers in Agriculture and Agribusiness project supported by the CARICOM Development Fund.

His training course in Agro processing is led by the Produce Chemist Laboratory Facilitators- Miss Payne, Ms. Bartholomew and Mr. Henry.
