Capacity Building Training Continues

Batch two of Extension Officers in the Capacity Building Training under the Youth in Agriculture Project completed their micro-teaching session at the Southern Agricultural District Extension Office.

Trainees presented on topics such as mulching, plant propagation techniques, and medium preparation. The interactive sessions allowed them to demonstrate their knowledge and teaching skills, and were assessed by peers and the National Training Agency - Grenada representatives.

This marks another step toward CVQ Level 4 certification, preparing officers to lead future agricultural training initiatives.
