Minister and St. Andrew Fishing Community welcome young fishermen lost at sea

Hon. Min. Lennox Andrews - Minister for Economic Development and Planning, Agriculture and Lands, Forestry, Marine Resources and Cooperatives joined the St. Andrew Fishing Community to welcome to young fishermen that were lost at sea.
