The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is currently implementing its project Climate-Resilient Water Sector in Grenada (G-CREWS) in Grenada. As part of this project GIZ intends to award a contract for Construction Works for Dams Upgrade and River Intakes Retrofit at Zulu Dam, Mirabeau Dam and Mt Plaisir Dam, and optional Munich Dam and Pomme Rose Dam in Grenada.
This Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) has been prepared for the Soubise/Marquis Coastal Protection Project under the Grenada Resilience Improvement Project (GRIP) in accordance with the World Bank’s (WB) Involuntary Resettlement Policy (OP 4.12). It intends to address OP 4.12’s objectives to assist affected persons in their efforts to improve their standards of living or at least to restore them, in real terms, to pre-displacement levels or to levels prevailing prior to the beginning of project implementation.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to hire a qualified consultant with proven experience and background in detailed design development and supervision of construction for up to 129 days between 20 January 2026 and 31 July 2026.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include a consultancy to improve the articulation of pathways from secondary to post-secondary and to identify barriers faced by young men in accessing post secondary education. The project is being implemented during the period 2024 to 2030, and the successful candidate is expected to commence duties in February 2026.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include the expertise of an individual to provide technical support for the preparation of Regional Enhancement Plans (REPs). The REPs are geared towards strengthening the quality, relevance, and regional alignment of post-secondary education and training for the T.A. Marryshow Community College (TAMCC) and the New Life Organisation (NEWLO).

The Secretary-General is pleased to announce that the Master of Laws (LL.M.) programme in International Maritime Law and the Master of Humanities (M.Hum.) programme in International Maritime Legislation will run at IMLI from October 2026 to July 2027. A limited number of fellowships funded by IMO will be available to selected suitably qualified candidates nominated by their Governments.
