The GDB seeks to engage a short-term consultant to enhance Grenada’s private sector’s readiness to access climate finance. Expressions of Interest (including disclosure of any actual or potential conflict of interest) must be submitted with the headline GCF Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme - Climate Risk Screening Specialist on or before 2 pm AST, March 5th, 2026.

The Climate Risk Screening Specialist will be engaged in a fixed-price consultancy, expected to be implemented within two-man months, over three months. Expressions of Interest (including disclosure of any actual or potential conflict of interest) must be submitted with the headline GCF Readiness and Preparatory Support Programme - Climate Risk Screening Specialist on or before 2 pm AST, March 5th, 2026.

This census provides the most comprehensive and up-to-date assessment of Grenada’s agricultural sector since 2012. It was conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Lands, and Forestry (Ministry of Agriculture), in close collaboration with the Central Statistics Office (CSO), to strengthen the agricultural information base and support evidence-based planning and policy for the transformation of the sector.

The Ministry of Education now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The duration of the consultancy is twenty-one (21) months over a twenty-four (24) month period, and the expected start date is July 2026.

Windward islands Sector Transformation for Learning Enhancement (WISTLE) Project Grant No. – TF-C8596 The consulting services (“the Services”) include the expertise of an Administrative Assistant, in accordance with the Loan Agreement and World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers to provide overall administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth implementation of the Windward Islands Sector Transformation for Learning Enhancement in Grenada. The project will be implemented during the period 2026 to 2029, and the successful candidate is expected to commence duties in March 2026.

The objective of this consultancy is to support PURC in developing electricity-specific regulatory instruments that are consistent with its statutory mandate, aligned with the Electricity Act, and reflective of international best practices.

The objective of the consultancy is to engage an individual consultant to provide continuous engagement with the rural communities, farmers’ associations, male and female farmers, and youth, in relation to the design, development, operation, management and monitoring of the climate smart irrigation facilities and farm access roads under the Rural Development Unit. The duration of the assignment is expected to be for a period of twelve (12) months.

The objective of the consultancy is to engage an individual consultant to provide civil engineering services as the Project Engineer (PE) within the Rural Development Unit (RDU), with the aim of ensuring the effective implementation of projects under the RDU. The duration of the assignment is expected to be for a period of twelve (12) months.

The Community Development Practitioner (CDP) will be responsible for providing continuous engagement with the rural communities, farmers’ associations, male and female farmers, and youth, in relation to the design, development, operation, management and monitoring of the climate smart irrigation facilities and farm access roads under the Rural Development Unit.
