Consultancy to review and update the Grenada Protected Areas System Plan (2009) as well as review and finalize the draft management plans that were developed under the R2R Project (2017-2019).

The Government of Grenada (GOG) has received financing from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) towards the cost of the Climate Smart Agriculture and Rural Enterprise Programme (SAEP) - Phase II and the Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF) - Eleventh Programme and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued.

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is currently implementing its project Climate-Resilient Water Sector in Grenada (G-CREWS) in Grenada. As part of this project GIZ intends to award a contract for Construction Works for Dams Upgrade and River Intakes Retrofit at Zulu Dam, Mirabeau Dam and Mt Plaisir Dam, and optional Munich Dam and Pomme Rose Dam in Grenada.
This Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) has been prepared for the Soubise/Marquis Coastal Protection Project under the Grenada Resilience Improvement Project (GRIP) in accordance with the World Bank’s (WB) Involuntary Resettlement Policy (OP 4.12). It intends to address OP 4.12’s objectives to assist affected persons in their efforts to improve their standards of living or at least to restore them, in real terms, to pre-displacement levels or to levels prevailing prior to the beginning of project implementation.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to hire a qualified consultant with proven experience and background in detailed design development and supervision of construction for up to 129 days between 20 January 2026 and 31 July 2026.
