ST. GEORGE’S, GRENADA, 7th October, 2016 –GIS:  Minister for Youth Hon. Roland Bhola says Government is continuing discussions with the agency Hope to provide employment opportunities for those leaving the Imani program.

Another batch of participants will graduate on December 9th 2016, after completing their two year stint.

During the weekly post cabinet briefing this week Minister Bhola said that since the Imani program started, they have not de-activated anyone as a result of completing the required two years.

He says their aim is to help the young people to move from the program to permanent employment.

“HOPE is the agency that would now take on board some of the IMANI persons who would have completed their two year stint,” Minister Bhola said.

“HOPE is a training and employment agency of its own that government is engaging”.
