NaDMA ADVISES ALL MEDIA PERSONNEL THAT A TSUNAMI
WARNING IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR GRENADA.

TSUNAMI WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE COAST OF ST. JOHN IN THE WEST, TO ST. GEORGE IN THE SOUTH FROM 01.10 PM LOCAL TIME TODAY.


This information is based on the latest Bulletin received from the Meteorological Office, St. George.

A mandatory Evacuation Order for the West Coast to the South Coast from St. John to Point Saline is now in effect. Persons within those areas are asked to get to higher as quickly as you can.

NaDMA will issue advisories on the development of the Tsunami as changes occur.
