Jason Roberts Foundation interacts with Students from Carriacou & Petite Martinique

Beausejour, Carriacou, October 31st, 2014- The Ministry of Education in their quest to ensure no child; irrespective of any disability gets left behind is working along with a number of social partners
Through its Special Education Desk; members of the Jason Roberts Foundation visited Carriacou and Petite Martinique where they engaged in a special training session for children with special needs and their parents.

Team member of the Foundation Rob Burton said having started the organization back in 2007; they saw the need to include Carriacou and Petite Martinique in their Physical Education for Children with Special Needs Programme.

Chief Executive Officer of the Jason Roberts Foundation Otis Roberts said that the visit will not be one off but they are looking at other ways to work along with the Special Education Desk in the Ministry of Education.

Special Education Officers Jennelyn St. John-John and Lynette Isaac were also part of the training session.
The Foundation also met with students from the primary and secondary schools on the island.
