Change in Fee for Statement of Qualification

ST. GEORGE’S, GERENADA, February 25, 2014 – GIS: The public is hereby notified that effective from March 03, 2014, the fee for obtaining a STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATION from the Educational Testing and Examinations Unit will be E.C. $50.00.

Persons applying for a Statement of Qualification should submit the following documents/information to the Examinations Unit:


1. A sworn statement indicating the loss or damage of the Original Certificate by a Justice of the peace or a Notary Public.
2. Your date of birth.
3. The centre(s), the month(s) and year(s) of writing Examination(s) and the type of Examination(s) e.g. CAPE, CSEC, School Leaving etc.
4. Your telephone number.
5. A valid picture identification:

(Voter’s I.D., Driver’s License or a Passport)
Persons living Overseas should provide in addition:-
(i) A notarized copy of the data page of their passport.
(ii) A written authorization, if someone is collecting it on their behalf.
(iii) The person collecting on their behalf should also present a valid picture identification.
