Canada/Caricom online Scholarships

St. George’s Grenada, Monday 25th February, 2013, MOEPRU – The Canadian Centre for Higher Education and Research Development (CHERD) in partnership with the Canadian Virtual University (CVU), is now accepting applications for the Canada-CARICOM online scholarships for a certificate in College and University Administration.

The scholarship will cover the costs of tuition for all the courses required to complete the certificate program. All payments will be made on behalf of the student directly to the University of Manitoba.

Applications can be completed by accessing http://www.scholarships-bourses.gc.ca/scholarships-bourses/non_can/ccvusp-pbuvcc.aspx?view=di, and the following documents must be submitted:

• Curriculum Vitae (Max 3 pages)
• Proof of Citizenship: a copy of the passport of national identity document with valid dates; a baptism certificate is not accepted as proof of citizenship
• Academic transcripts

• Applicants to the Certificate in University and College Administration must also submit a letter of recommendation from their employer confirming the applicants’ current position and suitability for this scholarship.  

The deadline to submit online applications and the above mentioned required supporting documents is February 28th, 2013.
