ST. GEORGE, GRENADA, SEPTEMBER 4, 2012_The Government of Grenada through the Ministry of Works, Public Utilities and Physical Development’s. Attention has been drawn to a news item on MTV news cast of 3rdSeptember, 2012, in which a former Minister of Works was referring to the Consultant’s Report on the Evaluation of the bids for the Agricultural Feeder Roads.
This is of great concern to the Ministry of Works since the official report of the Consultant has only just been received by the Ministry of Works today September 4, 2012 and will be reviewed by the Ministry prior to being forwarded to Cabinet for a decision.
The Ministry views this as a breach of confidentiality and professional ethics.
The Ministry of Works looks forward to the awarding of the contract to facilitate the early implementation of the project.
