All outstanding payments to Teachers to be paid by Monday April 14th, 2008
Friday, April 11, 2008, St. George’s: Government, in keeping with its agreement with the Grenadian Union of Teachers (GUT) will make payment of Seniority Allowance for 2007 to teachers, on Monday 14th April, 2008.
The Government apologies for the delay of this payment, which was due to delays in the submitting of vouchers by the Ministry of Education. The payment vouchers were only submitted to the Ministry of Finance on March 31, 2008.
Please note that this payment completes all outstanding payments due to teachers under this agreement.
